Adoption Agreement Terms

By submitting this application, I confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that FurRealm reserves the right to verify the details provided and may conduct a background check or request additional information if necessary. I agree to the following terms:

1.I am adopting this puppy as a lifelong companion and will provide a safe, loving, and healthy environment.

2.I will ensure the puppy receives proper veterinary care, including vaccinations, regular check-ups, and any necessary medical treatment.

3.I understand that adoption fees are non-refundable and help support FurRealm’s mission of providing healthy puppies for loving homes.

4.I acknowledge that FurRealm may request periodic updates on the puppy’s well-being and is available for post-adoption support.

5.If I am unable to care for the puppy in the future, I will contact FurRealm to discuss options, including possible rehoming.

6.For breeding-ready puppies: I agree to follow responsible breeding practices and understand the legal and ethical responsibilities involved.
